ranging from house hold item manufacturing units to electrical hardware manufacturers on one spectrum
to automotive and aerospace companies on the other. |

| Matwork manufactures and supplies industrial machinery of wide ranging order and variety to varied
industries both in India and abroad. Company supplies integrated production solutions to small scale
industries ranging from supplying production machinery to material supply and complete supply chain

| In the near future company will start production of CNC machines for wide variety of applications.
Company is also entering in electrical equipment and heavy electrical transmission line manufacturing
and setting up new production facilities in the states of Uttrakhand, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Madhya
Pradesh. |

| Matwork is making huge investment in the field of composite materials. Company is gearing towards
setting up new production and manufacturing facilities for composites and working towards becoming an
international player in high quality advance composites. Design and manufacturing facilities for composites
are being setup in the states of Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. |

| Company expects to grow at respectable rate and expects a strong turnover in the coming time also it
expects a boost in growth with an initial investment that it is expecting to make in the fiscal year 2012-
13, in the range of Rs 1100 lac. in the state of Uttar Pradesh and Uttrakhand. |
